Construction is complex. The right contractor makes it feel manageable. At G2, we bring the preconstruction thinking, construction management expertise, and field execution to deliver projects that are on time, on budget, and built to last.
We adapt our delivery approach to fit your project — whether that means early owner collaboration, phased construction through occupied environments, or traditional competitive bidding. What doesn’t change is the standard we hold ourselves to.
The decisions made before construction begins determine the outcome of the project. Our preconstruction services give owners the strategic foundation to move forward with confidence — and fewer surprises.
We work closely with owners and design teams to refine project scope, develop accurate budgets, identify constructability issues early, and build realistic schedules. The goal is simple: align your vision with execution before the first dollar is committed to the field.
Our preconstruction experience in education and municipal projects means we understand public procurement processes, phasing constraints, and the kind of coordination that keeps campuses and facilities running during construction.
Our construction team delivers complex commercial projects with precision, accountability, and a genuine commitment to the people using the spaces we build.
We manage every element — subcontractor selection and coordination, scheduling, quality control, site safety, and owner communication — so you always know where your project stands.
Our experience in occupied environments means we execute work without disrupting your operations, whether that’s a school campus mid-semester or a municipal facility serving the public daily.
G2 has a strong track record in Job Order Contracting — a cooperative procurement method that gives public entities a faster, fully auditable path to construction services without competitive bidding on each individual project.
JOC is particularly well-suited for ongoing facility maintenance, renovation, and emergency response work. Our established JOC relationships reflect the trust public clients place in us to perform consistently over time.
JOC scope typically includes roofing, interior renovation, ground-up construction, mold remediation, fire and water mitigation, building services, and emergency response.
Most general contractors outsource environmental and remediation work. We don’t. Through our sister company G2 Restoration, we self-perform mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and water and fire mitigation services — and we integrate that capability directly into our construction projects.
What does that mean for you? One accountable team. No handoffs between separate contractors. No delays waiting on a third-party remediation firm to mobilize. When environmental work is required — planned or discovered mid-project — we handle it without missing a beat.
Our ability to self-perform remediation allows for seamless coordination that keeps your project on schedule and often allows us to compress timelines that other contractors simply can’t.
This integration is especially valuable in our core markets. Older buildings, historic structures, and renovation projects frequently encounter environmental conditions that other contractors have to pause and subcontract. We keep moving.
Whether you’re in early planning or ready to break ground, our team is here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
